SCO Retreat in Assinie Marks a Milestone in Deepening Engagement with Bank Leadership
For the first time, the Staff Council Bureau (SCO) held a strategic retreat in Assinie, Côte d’Ivoire, bringing together its newly elected members to chart the course for their two-year mandate (April 2025 to March 2027). This retreat, which took place from the 2nd to the 4th of June 2025, provided a vital platform to reflect on the Bureau’s role, sharpen its collective purpose, and reinforce the shared responsibility of representing the interests of over 2,000 staff members across the Bank.
