Leadership Team
The Executive Committee (Bureau) is the elected governing body of the Staff Council Organisation. Comprising 10 dedicated members, the Bureau is responsible for representing staff interests, making strategic decisions, and ensuring the effective operation of the SCO.
Each member brings unique expertise and perspective to the table, working together to advocate for the welfare and rights of all staff members across headquarters and field offices.

What We Do
Representing and defending the collective interests of all staff members in discussions with management and institutional governance bodies.
Participating in consultations on HR policies, staff rules, benefits, and any institutional decisions affecting the workforce.
Ensuring staff in all regional and country offices are represented and their specific concerns are addressed at the Bureau level.
Managing SCO finances responsibly, ensuring transparent budgeting and reporting to the General Assembly.
Keeping all staff informed about SCO activities, decisions, and opportunities through newsletters, meetings, and the intranet portal.
Organizing welfare activities, social events, and staff engagement initiatives to foster community and well-being.
