Regional Representation

The Regional Committee

The Regional Committee ensures that staff members across all African Development Bank regional offices have direct representation in the Staff Council Organisation. Each of the five regional hubs has elected delegates and alternates who voice regional concerns at the Bureau level.

Regional representatives rotate between delegate and alternate roles annually, ensuring continuity of representation while providing opportunities for more staff to participate in SCO governance.
