Who We Are
The primary role of the Staff Council (SCO) is to represent the interests of staff members, improve cooperation and cohesion within the Bank and promote healthy relations between staff and Management. SCO helps safeguard individual and collective rights of all Staff members of the Bank, in support of employment conditions, career development and welfare.
All regular Staff of the Bank are eligible to become members of SCO

What We Do
The SCO pursues a broad mandate guided by the priorities expressed by the staff it represents. Our core objectives shape everything we undertake.
Read the ConstitutionPromoting and safeguarding the rights and defend the individual and collective interests of all staff members of the Bank, particularly by promoting improvements to the conditions of employment, career development, work and welfare;
Cooperating with the Management of the Bank in fostering conditions that enable staff to accomplish their duties efficiently and allow the Bank to employ its staff as effectively as possible in the discharge of their duties;
Organizing welfare activities and provide recreational and educational facilities for staff.
